2010 risk management education program is now available
The 2010 risk management program, Risk Management for the Unpredictable, is here!  Two new topics are being offered this year: "Disclosing Unanticipated Outcomes to Patients" and "Medication Errors."  The popular "Specialty Specifics" have returned with new cases for seven different disciplines. There's also a new Medical Office Staff program, titled "ICD-10 Coding - What's New?"
