Once you have received your User ID and password, you will have access to a collection of useful online features and services, including:

New Users
If you are a first-time user and need a User ID and
password, please call our Customer Service
Department during regular business hours
at 410-785-0050 or toll free at 800-492-0193
and request your User ID and
temporary password. Please have your
Policy Number handy when calling.
Once you have received you user name and temporary password, you can sign in using the My Account area located on the left side of every page of the MEDICAL MUTUAL website.
Before a new user can take advantage of any of the online services, they must create and submit a permanent password. Please note that only the password is required to be changed. The User ID you are issued is permanent and cannot be changed. Write down your new password and store it in a safe place for future reference.
