Take I-695 South to I-97 Route 3 South. Exit Route 3 –32 and keep straight on Route 3. Route 3 turns into 301. Travel approximately 20-30 minutes. Look for "Waldorf – 17 miles" sign. Travel approximately 5 more minutes. Turn right at traffic light (Frank Tippet Street). (Little Corner Country Store at 301 and Frank Tippet Street.) Travel approximately 1/8 of a mile. At first street (Surratts Road) make a left. Keep straight on winding road and hotel is on the left.
