Position Description

Position applicants will be required to fulfill the following essential functions:

Responds to telephone inquiries by insureds, answering questions immediately or researching further and responding to the client

Identify, solve or refer potential problems or complaint calls

Maintains records of all communications and provides weekly statistical and narrative reports

Answers call from agents and broker on policy status. Attends company conventions and trade shows

Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to work accurately under time pressure. Must be organized and detail oriented team worker possession strong computer skills
Qualifications
It is preferred that applicants have a
two-year degree as well as at least two years of experience
in a customer service environment.
