Position Description
MEDICAL MUTUAL is one of the leading medical professional liability insurance companies in the United States. The company offers an excellent benefit package including health and dental insurance, pension plan, 401(k), vacation and sick leave.
Through an extensive training program, the Apprentice will gain responsibility for all areas of underwriting, including:

Responds to telephone inquires by Insureds, answering questions immediately or researching further and responding to the client.

Identifies, solves or refers potential problems or complaint calls.

Maintains records of all communications and provides weekly statistical and narrative reports.

Answers call from agents and broker on policy status. Attends company conventions and trade shows.
Requirements
-
Associate Degree REQUIRED
-
2 years experience in customer service environment preferred
Applicants must possess excellent
organization/communication skills, ability to maintain
confidentiality and the ability to work accurately under
time pressure. Must be organized and detail oriented.
A team worker possessing strong computer skills.
